By utilizing highly competitive life insurance products combined with trust and corporate structures, IPG develops and implements multi-faceted solutions to meet complex global estate and business planning needs.

Seeking an energetic, organized and motivated self-starter interested in working in a dynamic fast paced environment in support of field sales consultants selling wealth structuring and transfer planning solutions to high net worth individuals both domestically and internationally. This full time position is based in IPGs’ Global headquarters, located in Wellesley, MA. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


SALES SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide sales support to producers located in Boston, Miami, Geneva, Hong Kong and Singapore sales offices
• Assist producers in preparation for client meetings
• Prepare insurance illustrations, pricing comparisons and carrier/product analysis and proposals
• Respond to client inquiries as appropriate


IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule medical examinations including preparation of exam facilities
• Arrange inspection reports
• Obtain Attending Physician Statements and additional underwriting requirements
• Coordinate with insurance producers and clients to obtain appropriate documentation
• Process all new business insurance applications including submission of all required forms
• Maintain case status updates at all times
• Review policy issued for accuracy and deliver to producer


ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate producer appointments and schedules
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Organize and maintain client files in company’s electronic sales database
• Responsible for maintaining client files through the use of IPG’s proprietary sales management system (Sales Logix)

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum 2-3 years experience, insurance industry experience preferred
• Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands/priorities
• Extremely organized
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable with software products/applications
