Sales Consultants and support staff receive extensive training on the system. Each client file must tell the story of what the client bought, why they bought it, and detail all sales activities, including history of all meetings and phone calls as supported by appropriate memos.

To ensure ongoing compliance with the IPG Best Practices and Client Suitability program, there are ongoing internal audit procedures to verify what solutions are provided to each client and why those particular product solutions are selected.
